It’s been 45 years since this Historical “Top Secret” Operation... This organization has the ability to sponsor a request to Congress to have this finally corrected before we all die off. They awarded the Combat Action Ribbon to 51 ships in the Gulf War that Never fired a shot! Why has the Wilson and crew been left out?! Most of us suffer from PTSD from this operation. Time to get this fixed! CWO4/LT (LDO) RET. Wilson crew (OS3) — OS 1 Tom Noble Was My Leading Petty Officer (LPO). Tom is now the President of this prestigious organization.
