Are any of our members interested in taking a tour of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal { EOD} school during the 2018 reunion? As the only USAF EOD type left alive from the Mission I may be able to arrange it. God Bless.

My uncle david ash was on this mission. P.j. on jolly 44. Just found this site. Wanted to drop a line or two and say thanks for everyone's efforts that day. Sadly David passed away a few months ago. God bless you all.

TO MY BROTHERS, MANY OF YOU MAY NOT KNOW THE NAME OF HAROLD YOUNG. WELL LET ME TELL YOU WHO HE IS. HE WAS ON THE HOLT DURING THE OPS. HE WAS FROM THE AIR FORCE EOD AND WAS PULLED OFF THE HELO THAT CRASHED WITH 21 OF OUR BROTHERS. HE WAS PUT ON THE HELO THAT HAD THE BOARDING PARTY OF THE MAYAQUEZ. I HAVE KNOWN HIM FOR YEARS AND IS A MAN OF HONOR, RESPECT AND COMMITMENT. BUT MOST OF ALL A GREAT BROTHER TO ME AND THE ONES THAT KNOW HIM. I AM HOPING THAT HE WILL BE AT THE REUNION IN 2018 AT PEPSICOLA. I KNOW THAT ALL OF YOU WILL WANT TO MEET HIM IF HE COULD MAKE IT. HE IS ALSO ON FACE BOOK SO SEND HIM A FRIENDS REQUEST TO SHOW HIM THAT HE IS OUR BROTHER AND IS WELCOME WITH OPEN ARMS.
