I was a member Headquarter Co 2/9 I did not go to the Island but all my brothers did. I was in Thailand and was the next wave to go in but was not sent in. Some of you might remember me as I drove a mule across the airstrip and brought ammo to the first wave to go in. I was also the company mailman. My heart goes out to the fallen and their families.
