Veterans,
Just finished reading the chapter about our operation in the book titled.
U.S. Marines in Vietnam
The Bitter End
1973-1975
Brought back fresh memories of that experience in May 1975.
We must not forget anything.
It is our duty to remember.
Fratres Aeterni,
Scott

:-) Scott. You are right in that I feel a lot better than before I found our website. I feel that my wife and I will be able to reach out a lot more after we retire and see some of you guys.

Warriors all,
I have recently started to go to this site (KTBC) daily. Prior to this, I came here infrequently. I have increased my visit to this site for information and a place to talk to other warriors. I pray that more KTBC veterans leave their mark on a more regular routine. Hope to hear from you all more often. This site is a place of healing, comraderie, remembering, and not forgetting.

Warriors,
In addition to this site as your primary source of information. I would like to suggest "togetherweserved". Please do internet search and you can find more warriors. Any questions or assistance need, contact me sgtmajor78@yahoo.com - it is free.

:-) Fuji sure brings back some memories. Especially opening a can of frozen spaghetti on top and enjoying eating it!

Edd (previous guestbook comment),
Broken Arrow is a bit far for me but I will be thinking of you. Camp Fugi was a great time. Only thing I can remember about the messhall was bread and peanut butter. Another bad messhall was when I was in Force Recon in Norway - got so tired of whale that I started eating yogurt with tons of sugar at every meal. MRE's were great to have in Norway. Oh yea, when I was 3/2 at CLNC, you were happy to get anything if they had it - we did not have too many fat bodies. Edd, if your ever in CLNC, find me in the phone book - we will go out to eat somewhere on my wallet (families included).

Scott

Any of you northerners have any hints on how to remove 2" of ice from a north facing, inclined driveway. If so, I could sure use the info. Matter of fact, why don't you just come over and help. Reminds me of being at Camp Fugi!!!

Glad to see the site's still up and running (and vastly improved). Nice to know they won't be forgotten.
Salute to all...
