Koh Tang Mayaguez Vets Organization Guest Book

Hello, I am the daughter of marine Brian J. Crothers. I am trying to find the book on this battle. If anyone could help me with how I can get ahold of a copy I would greatly appreciate it.

Wife - Phyllis and I are figuring out travel plans. I am looking into AMC Space "A" travel and a rent a car when we arrive. Our intentions are to be in Arizona around 8-12 November. Shout to the Bailey's for their hospitality 14 May at their POS in Maryland.

Great site. . . Brings back needed memories. . I was with 432nd TRW RF-4Cs out of Berg-strum AFB some called our aircraft "Green Monster" one of those RFs flying over Laoes and Cambodia Laser reconn system would hit the clouds. . disperse reflect green so the VC would think thats what it was. Monster. . we had 6 RF-4Cs out of Udorne Thailand. . saw all Cambodia. . especially Buddist Temples I do not have those colour prints anymore. . I was there 1970 all year. . Thank You Brothers and some Sisters for being who you are and welcome home. . we care about all of you.

The celebration this Memorial Day is significantly more meaningful as we have just, finally, laid to rest on American soil, thirteen of our brothers from Knife-31. I REMEMBER THIS VERY WELL. USS HAROLD E. HOLT WAS ON ITS WAY TO PICK UP SOUTH VIETNAMS SHIPS TO ESCORT THEM WHEN WE WERE TURN AWAY TO RESCUE THE MAYAQUEZ. I WAS L.E.S. FLIGHT DECK TO BRING ON THE MARINES. ALSO TO BRING THE MARINES BACK TO THE SHIP.
