Koh Tang Mayaguez Vets Organization Guest Book

When AL called me and told me hospice was with Dave I knew it wouldn't be long before the inevitable was going to happen. The wife and I have been through to many passing due to cancer and no one ever made it. Dave and I were in boot camp together and had our own apartment in Oceanside our last year in the corp. He loved Bob Seger and Steve Miller so when ever anyone of us hears a song by one of them please remember Dave he was a great person and we will miss him alot.

My dear brothers and sisters,
Our brother and friend, David Fowler, has been knocking on heaven's door for three months now. God graciously opened that door and let him in today. David's battle with cancer has ended, he is at peace with the Lord. Please feel free to share your love with his family members in this time of mourning. Words cannot express all the emotions we are feeling right now. David, was a remarkable human being, kind and giving to all. He will be missed.

Just got depressing news that Dave Fowler may not survive his medical challenges. I'm taking a moment to reflect on Dave's brave contributions at Koh Tang and his selfless leadership of our organization, and would hope everyone else do the same. Please say a prayer as he moves on to the mandatory big reunion to which we all have invitations and all will definitely attend. Godspeed Dave Fowler. Semper Fi.

I would suggest all of you check in to this , since it can affect some of you in so many ways later one, When you least expect it , as well

Happy new year to all my brothers. My prayers are going out to Dave and Stump. I wish I could make it down to the reunion but travel is a bit of an issue right now. Maybe next time. Hats of to Terry Brooks and his version of the truck, and to all the organization that keeps this going no matter what. I feel I can read a few messages and connect back to the group some. Thank you does not begin to express how much we, especially David, appreciate the prayers, calls and love from everyone!! He has good days and not so good days, but he knows how much he is loved by his Brothers!!

Today we received the most beautiful and delicious edible arrangement!! I can’t figure out how to upload the picture, but it is absolutely gorgeous!!

Thank you, again and again, for your continued thoughts, prayers and calls. We love every one of you very much!! We hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year!!
