I would like thank Al Bailey for being there for Dave Fowler and his family during Dave's surgery. This is what brotherhood is all about. True love for a brother!!!!! Semper Fi ....

Just spoke with Al Bailey who recently returned from supporting Dave Fowler through his surgery. It appears Dave's prognosis is not as good as we had hoped.
Having survived the dust up at Koh Tang, he'll see anything the Good Lord tosses his way as just another of life's challenges. We all know of Dave's courage and bravery which will serve him well in the time ahead. Please take a moment to think of him and let him feel the love of ALL of those with whom he served. Semper Fi brother. |

Just spoke to Dave Fowler on the phone he's out of intensive care and in his own room. Off of the major pain medicines, but still being woken up every hour for safety reasons. He is looking forward to getting out of the hospital and being home with the family.
He's by far from being out of the woods, please continue to pray for our brother. PS - Please pray for Doc Poore and Jeff Kern who also are dealing with life threatening health issues. Semper Fidelis - Brother Forever |

Youngest sister of David Fowler, Dave is number one and I am number seven.
I am so proud to call you my brother. Not only in the sense that we have the same parents but also that you have served our country and fought courageously. We are forever in debt to all our servicemen/women. Thank you all so very much for your sacrifice. For those who have not made it to today, thank you for sacrificing your lives for us - GOD BLESS AMERICA, GOD BLESS OUR MARINES, OUR BROTHERS AND ALL SERVICEMEN - THOSE WHO HAVE SERVED. WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL - WE LOVE YOU!!! Brother, as for your recent surgery on the brain tumor, we are all praying unceasingly for your recovery, everything is going to be okay, God is holding you in his arms and so is Blessed Mother Mary, you are safe and protected and loved very much. GOD BLESS YOU MY BROTHER, GET WELL SOON, WE LOVE YOU!!! |

We have just learned that Brother Dave Fowler has unfortunately been diagnosed with cancer. The extent and severity have, as yet, not been confirmed. Dave is undergoing exploratory surgery on Monday, November 13. He is currently being supported by his wife Kelly, his extended family and Al Bailey who intends to travel to Alabama, be with him for the surgery, and offer whatever assistance he can. I know you will all join me in taking a moment to pray for a speedy recovery.
