Happy new year to all my brothers. My prayers are going out to Dave and Stump. I wish I could make it down to the reunion but travel is a bit of an issue right now. Maybe next time. Hats of to Terry Brooks and his version of the truck, and to all the organization that keeps this going no matter what. I feel I can read a few messages and connect back to the group some. I hope the reunion is great. Semper Fi.

Thank you does not begin to express how much we, especially David, appreciate the prayers, calls and love from everyone!! He has good days and not so good days, but he knows how much he is loved by his Brothers!!

Today we received the most beautiful and delicious edible arrangement!! I can’t figure out how to upload the picture, but it is absolutely gorgeous!!

I would like thank Al Bailey for being there for Dave Fowler and his family during Dave's surgery. This is what brotherhood is all about. True love for a brother!!!!! Semper Fi ....

Just spoke with Al Bailey who recently returned from supporting Dave Fowler through his surgery. It appears Dave's prognosis is not as good as we had hoped.

Having survived the dust up at Koh Tang, he'll see anything the Good Lord tosses his way as just another of life's challenges. We all know of Dave's courage and bravery which will serve him well in the time ahead. Please take a moment to think of him and let him feel the love of ALL of those with whom he served. Semper Fi brother.

Just spoke to Dave Fowler on the phone he's out of intensive care and in his own room. Off of the major pain medicines, but still being woken up every hour for safety reasons. He is looking forward to getting out of the hospital and being home with the family.
He's by far from being out of the woods, please continue to pray for our brother.
PS - Please pray for Doc Poore and Jeff Kern who also are dealing with life threatening health issues.
